Sixth Annual Cancer Vaccines Conference

This meeting will explore recent advances in the development of therapeutic cancer vaccines, an area of growing interest with the advent of checkpoint inhibitors that can unblock the immune system to help recognise and destroy cancers. Vaccines are a different modality than checkpoint inhibitors, but they can act alone or in combination with other drugs in the fight against cancer.

This meeting, SMi’s sixth annual conference on cancer vaccines, will explore the latest scientific and clinical developments in this rapidly changing field. Representatives from industry will discuss candidate therapies including the new personalised cancer vaccines which are still in early development.
