The event will bring together representatives of biorepositories, scientists from the pharmaceutical industry and academics to discuss the management and research applications of biosamples which are reference samples of biological material. The meeting will discuss best practice in biobanking, technical advances in the management of biorepositories, the regulation of biosamples and the role played by international biobank societies. The meeting will also look at successful biobanking business models.
