ADMET, or absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion, describes how a pharmaceutical medicine in take into the body, exposed to tissues, metabolises and is finaly excreted. This meeting will discuss how to maximise these four properties of a drug compound so that it arrives at its target as efficiently as possible. It will also examine how good ADME toxicology and pharmacokinetic studies can reduce drug discovery cost and minimise production times.
