Sara Radcliffe has been promoted to the position of executive vice president of health at the Washington D.C.-based Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), having previously been vice president of science and regulatory affairs. Before joining BIO, she worked for the industry association PhRMA and for the Alliance and Technology Group at SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. Also at BIO, Lila Feisee has been made vice president for global intellectual property policy. A former patent examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office, Ms Feisee has been with BIO since 2000.
