The Cambridge (UK)-based personalised medicine company, Lab21 Ltd, has appointed Susan Lowther as its chief financial officer. Ms Lowther has spent over 20 years working in the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industries and has held senior management positions at BioWisdom Ltd, RiboTargets Ltd (now part of Vernalis Plc), Lonza Biologics, Celltech (now part of UCB Pharma SA) and the Monsanto Company. She has experience with merger and acquisition activity, including acquisitions and divestments.
