OncoMethylome Sciences SA of Belgium has appointed Jan Groen as its new chief executive officer, replacing Herman Spolders who retired in 2009. Dr Groen was previously president of the diagnostic’s producer, Agendia Inc, and chief operating officer of its Benelux subsidiary, Agendia BV. Prior to this, he was vice president of research and development at Focus Diagnostics Inc, a subsidiary of Quest Diagnostics Inc.
