MolMed SpA has appointed Gianluigi Fiorendi as a non-executive member of its board of directors to replace Maurizia Squinzi who resigned on 15 May 2012. Mr Fiorendi is a chartered accountant and independent auditor. At the same time, MolMed said that Jean-Paul Prieels, a former executive at GlaxoSmithKline Plc has joined the company’s scientific advisory board. Mr Prieels is currently an advisor at GSK Vaccines.
MolMed announced the appointments on 21 September 2012.
