Oncos Therapeutics Ltd has appointed Frans Wuite as its new chief executive officer, succeeding Pekka Simula, the founding CEO who is becoming chief operating officer. Mr Wuite brings more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to Oncos, most recently as a manager at Amgen Europe.
Based in Helsinki, Finland, Oncos Therapeutics is developing immunotherapies for cancer. It announced the appointment on 9 November 2012.
