Christian Jung has joined the Dementia Discovery Fund as partner to expand its investment portfolio in Europe. The fund supports companies with novel therapeutics and platforms for the treatment of dementia. Dr Jung was previously principal at Wellington Partners Life Sciences and prior to this, a senior investment manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds in Germany.
Dr Jung earned a PhD in medical science and technology from the Munich University of Technology where he also received a master of sciences degree in molecular biology.
SV Health Investors announced the appointment on 9 September 2019.
