Alison Strutt, a chemist and chartered accountant, has joined the UK biotech Kynos Therapeutics Ltd as a part-time chief financial officer. Concurrently, she will continue in her role as chief operating officer at NodThera Inc of the US. Dr Strutt was formerly CFO of GlaxoSmithKline Plc’s drug discovery group where she established two research sites for the company in the UK. Dr Strutt holds a PhD in chemistry and physical chemistry from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales.
Kynos announced the appointment on 23 June 2022.
