Neil Warner has been appointed non-executive director and chair of the audit committee at the Vectura Group Plc, effective 1 February, 2011. Mr Warner is currently the senior independent director and chair of the audit committee of Dechra Pharmaceuticals Plc. Based in the UK, Vectura develops inhaled therapies for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
