Karin Eastham, a director of Illumina Inc and Amylin Inc, has been nominated to the supervisory board of MorphoSys AG. Shareholders will vote on the nomination on 31 May, along with that of Marc Cluzel who is also being put forward for the board. Dr Cluzel is a former global head of research and development at Sanofi SA. Ms Eastham and Dr Cluzel will replace Prof Dr Jürgen Drews and Metin Colpan who are stepping down from the board.
