Jostein Davidsen, area head for Russia and the CIS at the Takeda business unit, Nycomed, has been appointed head of emerging markets. He will report to Frank Morich, executive vice president for the Americas and Europe, Takeda Pharmaceuticals International, and chief executive of Nycomed. Nycomed was acquired by Takeda in September 2011. The appointment is effective immediately.
