Joanne Estell, an experienced corporate finance professional, was set to join Shield Therapeutics Plc as chief financial officer and board member on 1 May. Ms Estell was most recently CFO of Stadium Group Plc, an AIM-listed global manufacturer of electronic products, and before that head of mergers and acquisitions at Survitec Group Ltd. At Shield she will help expand the company’s presence on the global hospital market.
Shield announced the appointment on 4 April 2017.
