LifeArc, a UK medical charity, has appointed Jason Slingsby as chief business officer to help it form strategic partnerships and unlock science to create new products for patients. Dr Slingsby joins from Oxford Biomedica Plc where he was chief business and corporate development officer. He was previously founder and CEO of ProtAffin AG, a clinical-stage university spin-out based in Austria and the UK. Dr Slingsby holds a PhD from Imperial College London in genetics and an MBA from London Business School, both in the UK.
