PolyTherics Ltd has announced the appointment of Anker Lundemose, co-founder of Symphogen A/S, to its board of directors. Dr Lundemose was also a co-founder and chief executive of Prosidion Ltd, a UK subsidiary of OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. He is also a former managing director of OSI’s venture capital arm.
Also joining the PolyTherics board is Nigel Pitchford, managing director of healthcare investments at Imperial Innovations Group Plc.
PolyTherics announced the appointment on 15 May 2012.
