4SC AG has appointed two pharmaceutical company executives to its supervisory board to serve the remaining terms of Jörg Neermann and Günter Frankenne, who have stepped down. The new members are Irina Antonijevic and Klaus Kühn.
Dr Antonijevic is director of clinical research at Sanofi SA while Mr Kühn is the former chief financial officer at Bayer AG. The two appointees will serve on the board until the company’s next annual general meeting in the summer of 2013.
