Antisoma to acquire Xanthus Pharmaceuticals Inc

Antisoma Plc has announced plans to acquire the closely-held US oncology company, Xanthus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. of Cambridge, Massachusetts in a share transaction valued at £26.8 million.
