William Denman, chief medical officer (CMO) at Premaitha Health Plc, has joined the company’s board as an executive director. The appointment comes more than four years after the executive joined the company. Premaitha is a molecular diagnostics company with a European Union-approved non-invasive prenatal screening test. Dr Denman has worked in paediatric anaesthesia and medical device development at Massachusetts General Hospital in the US and has also been CMO at GE Healthcare. He studied medicine at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, UK.
Premaitha announced the appointment on 28 October 2015.
