Roche has appointed Cristina Wilbur as head of group human resources and a member of the corporate executive committee, succeeding Silvia Ayyoubi who is retiring. Ms Wilbur is currently head of human resources for the diagnostics division. She joined Roche in 2002 in Indianapolis, US and has been based in Basel, Switzerland since the start of 2010. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and has been working in business and human resources for more than 20 years.
Roche announced the appointment on 28 January 2016.
