ReNeuron Group Plc has appointed Richard Beckman as its chief medical officer, based in Boston, US where he will lead the cell therapy company’s clinical and medical affairs teams. Dr Beckman was previously CMO at Clearside Biomedical Inc, Ophthotech Corp and Neurotech Pharmaceuticals Inc. He received his MD degree from the University of Michigan and held a glaucoma fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.
