Dominique Laymand appointed chief of ethics at Ipsen

Ipsen SA has appointed Dominique Laymand, formerly of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, as head of ethics and compliance. She will report to the company’s chief executive officer Marc de Garidel. At BMS she was vice president of compliance and ethics for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Russia. Ms Laymand received a degree in business law from Montpellier University and a degree in health law from Sceaux University, both in France.

Ipsen announced the appointment on 2 March 2015.
